Watch Kit Harington Work With Toothless In How To Train Your Dragon Audition Tape

Kit Harington really has a thing for dragons. The Game of Thrones Season 8 star has already worked with the mythical creatures in the HBO series. Interestingly, a "lost" audition tape of Harington features some hilarious interactions with Toothless from How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.

The audition tape, which is called Untitled Fantasy TV Drama, is dated back to September 19, 2010. Harington's name is mistaken for "Chip" and the TV actor is told he will be "auditioning with some big Hollywood star." It is later revealed that the "big" celebrity is actually Toothless, who promptly knocks Harington down in his excitement.

The two don't exactly hit it off at first but Harington gradually loosens up and starts enjoying his audition with Toothless. The Game of Thrones actor even makes a reference to Jon Snow in the video.

It's clear that the "lost" audition tape is an awesome promotion for How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, which will bring back Harington's Eret. It's hilarious and cute and we get to see Harington try to replicate the iconic scene between Toothless and Hiccup. (It doesn't go as well as he planned).

The Hidden World also stars Jay Baruchel as Hiccup, America Ferrera as Astrid, Cate Blanchett as Valka, Jonah Hill as Snoutlout, Kristen Wiig as Ruffnut, T.J. Miller as Tuffnut, Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Fishlegs, and Craig Ferguson as Gobber. Gerard Butler will return as Stoick the Vast.

How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World will crash into theaters on February 22, 2019.
