Watch: Goku's Voice Actress Performs A Kamehameha


The Kame Hame Wave is one of the most iconic sounds in the Dragon Ball franchise. Goku's signature move continues to amaze fans in the latest series Dragon Ball Super, and now, Goku's original voice actress Masako Nozawa performs the popular technique in a fun clip shared by Maria MsDBZBabe on Twitter. Nozawa has been voicing Goku since Akira Toriyama's anime began in the 1980's, and the 80-year-old continues to work with the franchise in Dragon Ball Super. Seeing her perform the legendary move is amusing to watch. 

 

Here's the synopsis for the anime's Universal Survival: 

According to an invitation that Goku gets, Zen-Oh (Omni King) is starting a martial arts tournament between all the universes called "Chikara no Taikai" (Tournament of Power). But it is the beginning of universal destruction. Something awaits the winners and losers of this tournament. What will become of this fierce team battle between each universe's elite warriors?

Dragon Ball Super is set to air on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami still airs the English dub of Dragon Ball Super on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
