The Stranger Things hype has come and gone, but that won't stop Bad Lip Reading for making fun of Netflix's hit series. They've just posted up this new video, and it makes the show out to be a ridiculous 80s sitcom.
In this week's episode, El watches the boys rehearse a scene from their play, while Joyce and Hopper butt heads over musical tastes.
I'm always floored with how meticulous the process must be when it comes to making these videos. It's even cool that they got Community's Gillian Jacobs to come in and voice Nancy. In their Force Awakens video, they called in Mark Hamill to play old Han Solo.
As for the show itself, David Harbour (Jim Hopper) has guessed that we would have to wait until 2019 for the third season to come out. That would make Stranger Things the second show to cancel airing for 2018. The first one would be Game of Thrones. Either way, we'll just have to wait for what the Duffer Brothers have to say about it.
Though we still have no release date for the third season, we can catch two amazing runs of Stranger Things on Netflix right now.
