WandaVision Has Officially Wrapped Filming

Though a lot of eyes are on the release of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier in August, Disney+ is still gearing up for a second Marvel show, WandaVision, in December. Just in, we have news that the show has actually wrapped filming.

Here's the crew group photo:

We don't know the official plot of the series yet, but based on what's come out, it's said to be this reality-altering show where Wanda and Vision play out a sitcom that changes eras as the episodes go along. It's not been officially confirmed, but the guess is that Wanda's powers will evolve, and this time she'll be able to alter reality rather than just telekinesis and mind control.

Some think that the show is going to be inspired by the House of M comic, which also featured Wanda altering reality. While I don't think that should take place in an MCU without the X-Men, I think there's fun way that the MCU could adapt the story and twist it to their benefit.

Personally, my theory would be that Wanda will be the mother of all mutants, and she ends up making an alternate reality where mutants existed this whole time. It solves the whole integration problem with the Fox Marvel characters, and can give mutants the rich history in the world when they are officially introduced.

Plus, it's a good twist on what Wanda does in the comics where she saps everyone's powers.

Again, it's just my own guessing, but I hope that Marvel comes up with something more solid when it comes to their universe.

Catch WandaVision when it hits Disney+ this December.
