There is little doubt that the WandaVision series finale will feature a major showdown between Agatha Harkness and Wanda Maximoff. However, it looks like the ancient witch still has another trick up her sleeve. A new image from Episode 9 may have confirmed a theory about Agatha's secret.
The leaked image from WandaVision Episode 9 focuses on Agatha as she prepares to fight Wanda. Interestingly, there's something different about the power she wields in the photo. Check it out here.
The picture seems to confirm that Agatha is also able to harness Chaos Magic. This shouldn't be a huge surprise since she knows all about sorcery and may have spent centuries trying to perfect it. On the other hand, Agatha may have managed to do so by absorbing Wanda's powers while she is in Westview.
Fans have speculated that someone is absorbing Wanda's powers all this time. Although it was originally believed to be Mephisto, the new photo could confirm that (sing it with me) it was Agatha all along. Of course, there's still the possibility that she's doing it for her Dark Master but we have yet to see this Big Bad in the series.
For now, we're not sure what Agatha is truly up to and why she's so determined to confirm that Wanda is the Scarlet Witch. However, there is little doubt that we will find out in WandaVision Episode 9.
