It's hard to believe that WandaVision is down to its final episode. Nevertheless, The Series Finale went beyond everyone's expectations. One of the episode's truly awesome and unexpected moments came from Monica Rambeau and fans simply couldn't stop talking about it.

In the WandaVision series finale, Heyward and the rest of S.W.O.R.D. manages to get into Westview after Wanda is overwhelmed by Agatha and the residents of the town. At one point, the agents confront Billy and Tommy and Heyward shoots at the twins. However, Monica heroically steps in front of the boys to shield them.
Interestingly, Monica's powers kick in at this moment and she turns into light energy so the bullets simply pass through her and drop to the ground. It's a jaw-dropping moment that has fans screaming all over social media.
But is Monica's new power actually canon? In the comics, Photon has the ability to convert her body into any form of energy including light energy. It's an awesome power that we're hoping will be shown in full in her next Marvel Cinematic Universe film.
We already know that Monica will be in Captain Marvel 2 and WandaVision revealed how the character will be brought into the film. In the end credits, a Skrull approaches Monica and tells her that Nick Fury has sent for her.
