Welp, it looks like Marvel Studios is done playing games with MCU fans as the upcoming episode of WandaVision teases that something huge will happen. The show started at a pretty slow pace which didn't appeal to a lot of fans that were used to the franchise's action.
Now, Marvel Studios released a brand new preview teaser for the Marvel Cinematic Universe spinoff show's upcoming fourth episode. It's way different than the vibrant and colorful teasers they've released in the past and features an actual extended scene with Monica Rambeau and Jimmy Woo who both discover Wanda's energy field situated in the "real" Westview.
However, the teaser delivers more than just that. It also finally reveals the mystery woman who was watching Wanda and Vision's '50s sitcom from the first episode and none other than actress Kat Dennings who is making her MCU return as Darcy Lewis after an 8-year absence. The teaser also pretty much confirms that Darcy is working with S.W.O.R.D. Check it out below:
Now, the question that is probably on everyone's minds right now is, what does Darcy have to do with S.W.O.R.D.? When you think about it, Darcy plays the role of Professor Erik Selvig's assistant in the Thor franchise, and in the first two films, they were dealing with threats from outside Earth so it isn't too hard to understand how she ended up becoming an agent for the Sentient Weapon Observation Response Division.
Things are totally heating up in WandaVision and I'm predicting the next few episodes will blow our minds. If you're still not hyped up for the show, something's definitely wrong with you.
