A lot of MCU fans were delighted when Vincent D'Onofrio returned as Kingpin in the final episode of Hawkeye. Considering that his fate was ambiguous by the end, there were hopes that he will make his return again in the MCU someday. Now, thanks to the actor's recent social media post, there are now speculations that his return will happen sooner rather than later.

D'Onforio recently posted on Twitter a photo of himself working out in a gym alongside the caption, "63 but who's counting #NoFearNoGreedNoEnvy." As a result, a lot of fans were led to believe that the actor is on a workout routine in preparation for playing Kingpin again in an upcoming MCU project.

Given that Echo started production last month and Kingpin is rumored to make an appearance in the series, there is validity to the speculations that D'Onofrio is doing workouts as part of playing his iconic Marvel role. After all, it's been a norm for MCU actors to undergo intensive training especially when they have to film action sequences where they are required to be physically fit.

You can also consider the idea that D'Onofrio was just simply working out as part of his daily routine and he just wants to share his post-workout photo with his followers to share that, even though he is 63 years old, he is still physically fit and active on doing workouts. Either way, it is great to see him to do it whether it's for his healthy lifestyle or his role.

Soon enough, we will be able to know the answer to whether D'Onofrio is going to be involved in Echo and the post was a hint regarding the preparations that he is doing on playing Kingpin again. For what it's worth, fans are already excited to see him make his return as they believe that his ambiguous fate was intentional as Marvel is planning for him to play the role in more projects.
