Vin Diesel Announces The Start Of Production Of Sony’s Bloodshot Movie

Valiant Comic book readers have a lot to celebrate this week because according to Vin Diesel, Sony Picture's upcoming Bloodshot movie has just begun production.

Taking to Instagram, the actor who's playing the titular role in Sony's upcoming comic book movie just decided to share the very first Bloodshot set video with his fans online, showing off his Bloodshot set t-shirt. Though the video doesn't show off much of the production itself, it does signal the start of the Bloodshot film project. Check out Diesel talking in the video down here:

Diesel seems pretty dedicated to working on the film, because not only does the actor say that he's trying to "master" his craft, he's also showing that he's up and earlier to work on the Bloodshot movie.

Aside from Diesel's Bloodshot, the movie's cast will also include Toby Kebbell who's playing the role of the villain Axe, Johannes Haukur Johannesson who's playing Nick Baris, and Lamorne Morris who's playing Wilfried Wigans. Eiza Gonzalez and Michael Sheen are also acting in the film, however, it seems like the actors' roles still remain unspecified. Directed by Dave Wilson, the Bloodshot movie will be based on a screenplay written by Arrival's Eric Heisserer and Kick-Ass 2's Jeff Wadlow.

Bloodshot is scheduled for release sometime in February 2020.
