Netflix's Family Switch is Not Your Typical Christmas Movie
Netflix's Family Switch is Freaky Friday times two. Watch as the Christmas film depicts the story of four disconnected family members navigating each other's lives until they switch back to their original bodies.
But wait a minute, what's at stake here? Well, as the official synopsis for Netflix's Family Switch reads:
Jess and Bill Walker are doing their best to keep their family connected as their children grow older, more independent, and more distant. When a chance encounter with an astrological reader causes the family to wake up to a full body switch, on the morning of the most important day of each of their lives, can the Walkers unite to land a promotion, college interview, record deal and soccer tryout?
One of the most highlighted scenes in Family Switch is Bill (Ed Helms) trying to not cheat on his wife, Jess, by keeping his son Wyatt's (Brady Noon) first kiss at a halt.
Quite surprisingly, the very day the family switched is the same day Ariana keeps making her advances to finally have her first kiss with Wyatt. But who is Vanessa Carrasco playing in Family Switch?

Who is Vanessa Carrasco aka Ariana?
Vanessa Carrasco, the actress who plays Ariana in Family Switch is known for making a couple of appearances in various episodes on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and 2021's New Amsterdam, as well as in 2018's romantic comedy, Irreplaceable You.
In Family Switch, Vanessa's character appears to be more forward with her intentions toward Wyatt given how they also share common interests such as playing Minecraft.
Now, this is how she and Wyatt ended: While CC and Wyatt Walker were busy trying to convince the other parents that they were very much in love type of parents, Jess and Bill were trying to fix their kids' lives at the party.
In this case, Wyatt's first crush story with Ariana doesn't go well.
On Ariana's attempt to make the first move on Wyatt, Bill (who was still in his son's body) rejects her advances by mentioning his colonoscopy, the polyps, and having heart troubles.
Not to mention, the mixed signal Bill gave out when he was talking about Cheez-Its as 'seizing opportunities when they present themselves'.
Ariana, on the other hand, made her move as clear as day when she pointed out the mistletoe floating right between them. Instead of instantly going for the kiss as much as Wyatt would love to, Bill couldn't and walked away from her.
However, in the end, when the Walker family switched back to their original bodies, Ariana still decided to come over and hand in her present to Wyatt, a mistletoe attached to a stuffed toy. They share a kiss and presumably date afterward.
