Updated Avengers: Endgame Logo Pays Tribute to Thanos

After a trailer that got everyone hyped, Marvel has released the official logo for Avengers: Endgame and its colors mirror a certain finger-snapping character. That's right, the colors of said logo pay tribute to Thanos, who managed to attain his goal of eliminating half the universe and achieving "balance." If these colors are any indication, Thanos will definitely play a huge part in the sequel and will likely try to stop the heroes from rewriting what he did.

We barely saw the Mad Titan during the Endgame trailer, though we do see his armor and damaged arm. It seems like he is enjoying his new life on Earth and we don't know how he will factor into the film's conflict, though the Infinity Stones and Infinity Gauntlet might have something to do with that.

Considering how Steve Rogers and Black Widow are meant to have bigger roles this time around, it's actually surprising to see a non-traditional Avengers color scheme for the logo. Most of us assumed it would be that broken black or purple that accompanied the film's trailer and poster but that doesn't appear to be the case.

It seems like 2019 is going to be a huge year for Marvel fans, with Captain Marvel coming out before Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home releasing after it. The holidays are coming, sure, but why can't it be 2019 already?

Avengers: Endgame comes out on April 26, 2019.
