The first trailer for the Uncharted movie is finally out and people are loving the action-packed adaptation of the Naughty Dog games. Interestingly, even Nolan North is hyped up for the new film. The original Nathan Drake really liked the teaser for the Tom Holland flick and is actively promoting it on social media.
North provides the voice of Nathan Drake in the Uncharted game series so his approval is truly big for the film. So fans were thrilled when North tweeted about his reaction to the adaptation's trailer. The best thing about it is North's awesome praise for Holland. Check it out below.
"Wow! I looked great in my twenties! @TomHolland1996 and @markwahlberg nailed the Drake-Sully dynamic in @unchartedmovie Thanks to director @rubenfleischer and everyone involved!!! See you all in February!" North wrote.
This is one of the best compliments we've seen about the Uncharted film. It's great to know that North is also looking forward to the movie and we're excited to see it next year.
The first trailer for the Uncharted film adaptation was released on Thursday, October 21. The teaser offered our first look at Nathan Drake and Victor 'Sully' Sullivan in action. It also introduces the mysterious villain played by Antonio Banderas who even threatens Nathan in some of the footage.
For now, the identity of Banderas' character is still a mystery. However, there's a good chance we'll learn more about the villain in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
Uncharted follows Nathan Drake's first adventure with Sully, who is played by Mark Wahlberg. The film will also introduce Sophia Ali as Chloe Frazer and Tati Gabrielle as a new character named Braddock. The adaptation is directed by Ruben Fleischer and is currently scheduled for release on February 18, 2022.
