Ultraman Season 3 is making its debut on Netflix today. It will be the final season, and here are all the things you need to know about it.
Ultraman Season 3 Plot
The second season featured a global mass disappearance, and both Rena and Shinjirou went missing. Freelance journalist Kotaro Higashi will investigate the incident, per Dexerto.
He would take pieces of evidence to prove that aliens were responsible for the unexplained disappearance and bring the photos to the SSSP with his girlfriend, Izumi. However, something happens that will change him into a superhuman.
Ultraman joins forces with Seven, Ace, Zoffy, Jack, and Taro to confront a new alien threat. Based on the trailer, immobile Ultraman is lying down while narrator Koji Ishizaka can be heard exclaiming, "Ultraman, get up!"
Leisure Byte added that Ultraman has become the harbinger of death and destruction in the newest season. The world has to come back to order, but another forerunner of death will come. Mephisto will also descend from their four-armed craft in a tornado.
It is evident in the trailer that there are no more adventures left for Ultraman, which isn't surprising, knowing that it's the series' last run. Thus, viewers might see death and tragedy. However, there is still hope for Ultraman to be a hero, which he was always supposed to be.
Ultraman Season 3 Cast
Josh Hutcherson will return and reprise his role as Ultraman. Several actors are doing the same, including DC Douglas as Edo, Tara Sands as Rena Sayama, Ryohei Kimura as Shinjiro Hayata, Takuya Eguchi as Dan Morobishi, Megumi Han as Seiji Hokuto and Ken Uo as Misuhiro Ide. Sumire Morohoshi, Shigeru Ushiyama, Gunnar Sizemore, Mick Wingert, Hideyuki Tanaka and many more are also part of the cast members.
