The publication said that UEE shared some details about her diet and workout regimen on the latest episode of the program. After the producers showered her with praises and compliments, DJ Kim Shin Young raised the question about how she has managed her figure.

The Marriage Contract actress revealed that she always works out despite her busy schedule. She stated that she has drama filming that runs until nighttime, so she rides an indoor bicycle at home.

The former K-pop idol continued that she likes to eat spicy food. Accordingly, she pushes herself to "exercise just as much," adding that she tries to "sweat it out" even if the food is too spicy.

Kim, later on, unveiled that she once did a "food program" with the celebrity. She asserted that UEE is "very good at taking care of herself" because she witnessed it.


The host recalled the time when everyone lay down after eating. It was different, however, for the actress as she chose to exercise instead.

Things were not always easy for UEE, though, as she faced various criticisms in the past. Back in 2020, the Ghost Doctor star revealed that her "belly fat" scandal caused "so much pain" and stress on her part.

It all resulted in her opting to eat only a meal per day to lose weight. This went on for eight years, though UEE never seemingly clarified whether she ditched this kind of diet already.
