TXT Beomgyu Home 2022: Is He Still Roommates With Soobin?

TXT Beomgyu is one of the few idols who debuted under Big Hit Entertainment years after the arrival of BTS in the scene. The group, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, officially entered the K-pop space in 2019, making them relatively new to the world of South Korean entertainment.

TXT, much like most K-pop groups, has a shared apartment. However, no one knows where they currently live or whether they have already moved to a different dorm.

What is known, though, is that Beomgyu used to share a room with Soobin. But, it appears that they are no longer roommates after the latter made a revelation in late 2021.

Soobin Feels Lonely, Misses Having A Roommate

In an engagement, last September, the members of TXT discussed a few things about their activities. Gossip Chimp said that one of the things they talked about was their living arrangements, specifically Soobin’s feeling of being lonely in his room.

He admitted that having his own room initially excited him, but it became “boring” after realizing that having a roommate “was more fun.”

Upon hearing the revelation, Beomgyu suggested that he should transfer again to his co-member’s room, making them roommates again.

While Soobin first acknowledged that his former roommate is “humorous” and “fun,” he was not fond of the idea. He even ended his sentence with “but,” causing everyone to laugh.

Difficulties In Sharing A Room With TXT Beomgyu

Months prior, Soobin revealed that being roommates with Beomgyu has “drawbacks.” Koreaboo said that it was because of the latter being a “heavy sleeper.”

In an appearance for KBS Cool FM’s Kiss the Radio, the members of TXT shared some funny stories about Soobin and Beomgyu as roommates. As stated, the former would always end up sleeping in the maknae’s room because the latter usually accidentally lock up their room.

Despite the loud knocks and calls of his name, Soobin said that his then-roommate would not wake up. Beomgyu would, later on, find it surprising to see his TXT co-member sleeping in a different room.
