Twice Update: Nayeon Reveals what Makes Members Sign with JYP Entertainment Again + Comeback Album, English Single Announced!

Twice's nine members have just renewed their contract with JYP Entertainment, and Nayeon reveals what makes them decide to do so.

Twice is about to drop their new album next year, along with an English song that excites many. Thankfully, Nayeon gamely talks about her fellow members and answers some personal questions.

Nayeon Reveals What Makes TWICE Members Sign with JYP Entertainment Again

In an interview with Cosmopolitan Korea for Zoomterview, Nayeon revealed why they opted to renew their contracts with JYP.

"We have so many members, so I think our worries and reasons might have been different," she said, as translated by AllKpop. "But the one thing we all had in common was that 'We still want to be with one another, and we still want to be TWICE'."

The group has been together for seven years and remained to have the same affection and attachment to each other. Hence, they all opt to continue their music careers in one band.

Nayeon Answers Personal Questions

Nayeon also answers some personal questions, like the goals she has accomplished and hasn't reached this year.

"I usually don't set goals too well," she explained. "[But] I want to have a party with the members before Christmas."

From there, she talked about how she loves each Twice member.

She also proudly shared that she managed to do a lot this year, which she didn't expect. She dropped a solo album and even developed a new hobby of cooking.

But if there's one thing she wants to do, it's to continue driving after passing her driving test a long time ago.

Twice to Drop New Album in 2023

Meanwhile, Twice officially announced their comeback in 2023. Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu will be very busy in the first quarter of the coming year with the upcoming release of their new album.

At midnight on Tuesday, December 21, the group announced their plans for a comeback with the new album titled Our Youth in early 2023.

They will also have a pre-release of their English song in January.
