Travis Scott is one of the most famous rappers of today, but he is also known as the baby daddy of Kylie Jenner. He is in line with the best rappers of this generation, like Drake, Kanye West, and more, earning millions in just one touring year.

With that said, this business also makes Travis Scott one of the wealthiest. So, how much is he now worth after successfully establishing a big name in the music scene?

Travis Scott’s First Step to a Successful Career

The 31-year-old artist was a college sophomore when he decided to drop out and pursue a music career. He formed a music duo, The Graduates, with his long-time friend, Christ Holloway.

They released their first EP on MySpace in 2008. After a year, he created the group The Classmates with his schoolmate OG Chess and released two projects.

He then moved to New York City and worked with Mike Waxx. Due to lack of progress, he once again moved, this time to Los Angeles.

His first solo full-length project came in 2013 after a clearance issue delay. It was a free-download mixtape called Owl Pharaoh on iTunes.

It featured other artists, like Quavo, Juicy J, Kanye West, The Weeknd, Swae Lee, and Justin Bieber, to name a few. With its success, it was quickly followed by the release of his second studio album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, in 2016.

From there, Travis Scott signed a worldwide deal with Universal Music Publishing Group.

Some of his hit songs are “Pick Up the Phone” with Young Thug and Quavo, “Portland” with Drake, “Deserve” with Kris Wu, “Watch” with Kanye West and Lil Uzi Vert, and “Power is Power” with The Weeknd and SZA.

Travis Scott’s Other Ventures, Brand Collaborations, and More

Travis Scott is also known as a producer. He was Kanye West’s executive producer for his G.O.O.D. Music label’s compilation album, Cruel Winter.

He also produced songs and albums for fellow artists, like Jay-Z, Trinidad James, Big Sean, John Legend, Drake, and Madonna.

He even produced Rihanna’s hit single “Bitch Better Have my Money.”

In addition, he has a documentary film, Look Mom I Can Fly, released on Netflix in 2019. He has also worked with several brands, like Nike and Helmut Lang.

In 2020, he signed a $20-million endorsement deal with McDonald’s.
