Tom Holland Wants Spider-Man To Meet Shuri

Black Panther has plenty of great supporting characters but the one that made a huge impact on the audience is Shuri. The fact that she's a teenage genius is appealing enough and her witty comebacks were a pleasure to watch, with many hoping she takes up her brother's mantle in the future.

Since they're both teenagers, fans instantly wanted to see Shuri interact with Spider-Man. The two are adorably smart and witty, so seeing the two pair up would be a lot of fun. It turns out that Spider-Man himself, Tom Holland, agrees with the fans.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Holland stated that he and Shuri actress Letitia Wright have become good friends, so he would love to see the two pair up. It seems inevitable at this point, though we'll probably have to wait for the right circumstances since Peter isn't going to be in Wakanda anytime soon.

"I think Peter would love it.There'ssome great moments in the comics where Peter ends up there. And Letitia and I have become really good friends over the last year and a bit. It would be brilliant to have our characters meet up, it would be so funny. She's brilliant in the movie, she's actually my favorite part of Black Panther."

Spider-Man and Shuri will be in Avengers: Infinity War, which comes out on April 27.
