Tom Holland may have made a name as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there is more to this actor. For starters, he started as a theater actor and his great acting talent has brought him places and a huge net worth.

He debuted as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in 2016 in the movie Captain America: Civil War. Aside from that, Tom Holland has also played different roles both on the big and small screens.

Lynne Page, an associate to Billy Elliott the Musical choreographer Peter Darling, first spotted the now-25-year-old actor when he performed at his dance school at the 2006 Richmon Dance Festival.

He then underwent two years of training and did eight auditions to join the cast of Billy Elliott the Musical and made his West End debut in June 2008.

His TV debut then came in 2009, appearing on the ITV`1 show The Feel Good Factor. After a year, he was chosen for the lead role of Billy Elliott the Musical as part of its fifth-anniversary show.

His next film was with Tom Hardy in the 2013 Locke, followed by How I Live Now and In the Heart of the Sea.

Come 2015, everything changed when he was announced as the new teenage Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

He signed a six-movie deal with Marvel Studios. He first appeared in Civil War in 2016, followed Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017.

After commercial and critical success, Tom Holland also earned a Guinness Book of World Records title as the youngest actor to play a titular role in the MCU.

He was then seen in Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Tom Holland's Other Film Appearances and Movie Earnings

Aside from being a part of the MCU, Tom Holland has also made several movies and TV shows.

He was part of the BBC Two TV series Wolf Hall in 2015 and joined Paramount Network's Lip Sync Battle Season 5 in 2017.

He also made the movies Edge of Winter, The Lost City of Z, Pilgrimage, The Current War and Spies in Disguise.
