Today’s Webtoon shared a new sneak peek of Kim Sejeong’s character, On Ma Eum.
The Kim Sejeong-led K-drama series explores the life of a former judo athlete who decides to be part of the webtoon editorial department after an accident affects her capacity to join the Olympics. But the character faces no smooth path to becoming a true webtoon editor.

Today’s Webtoon Introduces On Ma Eum in New Trailer
SBS Catch shared a 30-minute trailer on its YouTube channel, showing On Ma Eum’s life as she faces the transition from a judo athlete to a webtoon editor.
The clip starts with On Ma Eum flaunting her determination to show her capacity as a judo athlete. She fights other judo players and beats them through her physical strength.
However, a voiceover suddenly says, “The future is always unpredictable.”

After a few seconds, her dream of achieving a gold medal changed as she found herself in the workplace. But it is not an easy path for her, as well, since her co-workers challenge her and her talent.
Park Ho San, who plays the role of Editor-in-Chief Jang Man Chul asks if she can do well once she joins the team. On Ma Eum responds and says she will work with all of her heart.
As she focuses on her life as a webtoon editor, she does everything she can to mature in her job with the help of her co-workers. While doing so, she meets Choi Daniel’s Seok Ji Hyung and Nam Yoon Su’s Goo Joon Young.
Although On Ma Eum needs to move on from judo, she declares she likes webtoons as much as sports.
Today’s Webtoon Gearing Up To Give the Viewers the Best Drama
Ahead of the K-drama’s release, the series’ creators constantly showered the cast members with love and told the viewers to look forward to their performances.
“Kim Sejeong, Choi Daniel, Nam Yoon Su, and the rest of the main cast is creating a warm and relatable office drama through their perfect character synchronization and sincerity. Their office place chemistry is better than expected so it feels like we’ve received a lot of support,” the creators added.
Fans will see their efforts once Today’s Webtoon releases its first episode on July 29.
