I think we can all agree that for the most part, the MandoVerse has been successful in establishing new characters as well as incorporating lesser-known characters into the ever-expanding Star Wars universe.

One of the folks who made an immediate impact in the MandoVerse is Cobb Vanth. The character, who made his official live-action debut in The Mandalorian's second season instantly clicked with fans and would later appear in two episodes of The Book of Boba Fett.

However, the Marshal of Freetown who once donned Boba Fett's beskar armor was nowhere to be seen in The Mandalorian Season 3, and as it stands, his status in a galaxy far, far away remains shrouded in uncertainty.

Now, Timothy Olyphant gets honest about his minimal role in Star Wars and what the future holds for his career.

Speaking with Rolling Stone, Olyphant said that he's pretty happy with his role in the MandoVerse, despite only having appeared on three occasions.

Described by the article as "TV's Ultimate Cowboy", the star of the neo-Western crime drama series Justified: City Primeval said he's okay "playing the greatest hits" at this point in his career.

Olyphant said: "I’ve enjoyed that. I don’t know if it’s a cash grab or I’m just getting lazy, but I’m OK playing the greatest hits right now."

In case you missed out on The Book of Boba Fett, Cobb Vanth is still pretty much alive in the MandoVerse after his encounter with Cad Bane. Now, whether or not we'll see him in future projects remains to be seen but I gotta say, he's easily one of the franchise's most underutilized characters.

Meanwhile, all episodes of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett are available to stream exclusively on Disney+.
