Tiffany Haddish, Aries Spears Accused Of Grooming, Molesting Underage Siblings

According to Page Six, Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are accused of coercing the two former youngsters to film explicit skits with them.

In the lawsuit, the siblings’ mother claimed that she and Haddish met through comedy years ago, and they became close because they were both newly divorced then.

In 2013, Haddish reportedly made a guest appearance at the summer camp where her daughter, dubbed Jane Doe, was attending. Haddish told the then-14-year-old girl that she found the perfect role for her in a teen commercial.

The mother claimed that she and her daughter had no idea what the commercial was all about, but Haddish and Spears already knew all the details.

When they arrived on set, Haddish allegedly taught Jane how to mimic fellatio for a skit about kids arguing over a sub sandwich. Jane claimed that the entire thing made her feel uncomfortable.

And after the shoot was over, Haddish handed her $100 in payment.

One year later, Haddish once again reached out to the woman whom she met through comedy and said that she found an opportunity for her son, dubbed John Doe.

Funny Or Die Releases Statement Denying Their Involvement In Tiffany Haddish’s Wrongdoings

According to the lawsuit, Haddish and Spears molested the young boy. And the cryptic video was released via Funny or Die.

However, a rep for Funny or Die confirmed that they were not involved in the video. After all, the clip was uploaded to the site as user-generated content. And when they found out what it was all about, they had it removed from their platform.

Haddish and Spears’ lawyers also denied the allegations. Debra Opri, who is representing Spears, called the lawsuit a shakedown.

Haddish’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, also said a similar thing.

“Plaintiff’s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years. Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down,” he said.

Tiffany Haddish Releases Statement Following A Lawsuit

Haddish also released a statement via her Instagram account apologizing for her involvement in the projects. But she also said that she cannot say much about what’s been going on because there’s an ongoing legal battle among all the parties involved.

“I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I’m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now,” she wrote.
