The company has announced via the Major Nelson's blog the Xbox Design Lab Digital codes promo. This pretty much lets the players design their own Xbox Wireless Controller. All they would need is a digital code from the Xbox Design Lab, and they're good to go.
The new service is already available; however it is only available via the Microsoft Store for $89.98. Those who avail of it can get the Digital Code through their email, which they can then share with the gamer in mind.
That's when the person who will receive the holiday gift can design their own Xbox One Wireless controller and claim them afterwards. Those who do avail of the service can get it delivered with free shopping within 14 business days.

Sadly, the Xbox Design Lab is only available for the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
