If Jensen Ackles will have his way, he wants The Winchesters to feature all the Johns in the Supernatural prequel, from Jeffrey Dean Morgan to Matt Cohen to Drake Rodger, à la Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The Winchesters will feature the beginning of John (Rodger) and Mary’s (Meg Donnelly) romance and how they will save their love and the world. However, at some point in the series, Akcles wants to see the other versions of John in it.

Jensen Ackles Wants to See More Johns in The Winchesters

In the new episode of the Supernatural Then and Now podcast, Ackles and Jeffrey Dean Morgan looked back on the Season 2 premiere.

Morgan was the first actor to play the role of John, Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam’s (Jared Padalecki) father in the series.

As they talked about their characters’ relationship, the host, Rob Benedict, asked Morgan if he would be seen in The Winchesters.

As the narrator and executive producer of the Supernatural spinoff, Ackles seemed open to the idea.

"In my mind, we all know what happened with the Spider-Man recently," he said, via Entertainment Weekly. "That's what I would like to see at some point: All the Johns."

However, The Boys Season 3 star admitted he didn’t know how to do it.

"I'm not a writer, I don't know how to write that kind of stuff, but I certainly have planted the seed," he added. "So, we'll see what happens."

Aside from Morgan, Matt Cohen also played the role of a younger John in Supernatural. So, will fans see three Johns in The Winchesters?
