Netflix rolled out a new reality dating show specifically for women and non-binary people on May 24, 2023. Although it isn't really a second season of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, many can't help but believe that The Ultimatum: Queer Love is one.

And while we're still rooting for the five couples on the show to end up together, we can't know for sure until a reunion episode airs.

For now, let's take a look at the original couples of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On and check back on them. After premiering in April 2022, we can't help but ask The Ultimatum couples where are they now?

Here's what we know about the couples who came to the show:

Alexis and Hunter: Married

One of the couples in the show who left early was Alexis Maloney and Hunter Parr. Before the big switch, Alexis issued the ultimatum to Hunter, who decided not to go with it. Instead, he proposed to his girlfriend.

Well, the two are still together and actually got married in Palo Verdes, California in June 2022. They had a romantic honeymoon in Greece and are now residing in Los Angeles.

Madlyn and Colby: Married

When Colby Kissinger issued the ultimatum to Madlyn Ballatori, he didn't know what was in the cards for their future together. But after joining the show and swapping partners, the two ended up together and even got married on the show.

Fast forward to today, the two are expecting their second child, who will be due in September 2023. They welcomed their first baby in May 2022.

Lauren and Nate: Married

Another couple who went on the show but didn't participate in the switch was Nate Ruggles and Lauren Pounds. Instead, Nate proposed to Lauren in the show. Viewers, however, were not convinced that his proposal was authentic.

But the couple proved that it was their love story. They got married in Colorado in October 2022.

Shanique and Randall: Still Dating

Shanique Imari issued an ultimatum to her boyfriend, Randall Griffin. They joined the show and switched partners. But in the finale, Randall decided to propose to Shanique.

As it turns out, the couple actually had a six-month breakup after the episode went on air.

Although the two have since reconciled, they are no longer engaged. They are working on mending their relationship.

April Marie gave an ultimatum to her boyfriend, Jake Cunningham. Towards the end of the show, the two decided to split up for good.

While April left the show single, Jake got together with the new partner he met on the show, Rae Williams. But ever since then, Jake and Rae have also broken up yet remained friends.

In February 2023, April announced that she is expecting her first child with her new boyfriend, Cody Cooper. She is scheduled to give birth in August 2023.

Rae issued an ultimatum to her boyfriend, Zay Wilson. But things didn't work out between the two. While Rae tried things out with Jake, they eventually ended things too.

Zay also left the show single but signed up for Netflix's new reality dating show, Perfect Match.

It was revealed that Rae was invited to join the show as well but she declined since her ex was already on it. Maybe we'll see Rae in a future season of Perfect Match instead?
