The Punisher's Jon Bernthal Reacts To Marvel Netflix Shows Cancellation In Awesome Fan Video

All of us probably had the same reaction. A new fan-made video shows The Punisher star Jon Bernthal experiencing the emotional rollercoaster that fans of the Marvel Netflix shows went through this year.

The video found its way on Twitter although the post suggests that it originated from Reddit. It features footage from the first season of The Punisher where Frank Castle goes through an emotional breakdown. However, the new cut intercuts the footage with news clippings about Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and Daredevil. Check it out below.

There's a truly terrifying ending teasing that The Punisher will be canceled as well, something that ultimately sends Frank over the edge. However, fans are still hoping that the show's second season will still air sometime next year.

Iron Fist and Luke Cage were canceled just a week apart in October, right before and after the premiere of Daredevil Season 3. The Charlie Cox series seemed to be getting great reviews and showrunner Erik Oleson even admitted he pitched an idea for a fourth season to Netflix. Unfortunately, the streaming giant decided that Season 3 would be the last for Daredevil.

It's no surprise that people are worried about The Punisher. However, some believe that Netflix will decide to air the show's second season since it has already finished production.

The future of Jessica Jones is also somehow hazy although the third season has already started production. Krysten Ritter is even set to make her directorial debut in the upcoming season. For now, it looks like Netflix will complete the next seasons before making another announcement.
