Daredevil Posts Hopeful Photo Following Season 4 Cancellation

It might be the end for the Man Without Fear but that doesn't mean there isn't hope for Daredevil. The show's official Twitter account has just posted a remarkably hopeful photo following the shocking Season 4 cancellation.

The picture shows Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), and Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) during happier times. There's even a handwritten note of the supposed law firm they would all put up together. However, it's the note under the Polaroid of the trio that makes fans hopeful about the future. Take a look at the post below.

It's still unclear if Daredevil will continue in a different network. After all, it's highly unlikely that the show's violence would be welcome in Disney+. Nevertheless, we are grateful to have seen three amazing seasons from the Marvel series.

Netflix announced the show's cancellation with a truly depressing statement.

"Marvel's Daredevil will not return for a fourth season on Netflix. We are tremendously proud of the show's last and final season and although it's painful for the fans, we feel it best to close this chapter on a high note."

Interestingly, current showrunner Erik Oleson has previously confirmed that he had pitched his plans for Season 4. It is still unclear if Marvel and Netflix didn't like the idea or if the studios had already planned to cancel the show before Oleson presented his plans.

Netflix has previously cancelled Iron Fist and Luke Cage. We're still uncertain whether Jessica Jones will be next. Meanwhile, the second season of The Punisher is still expected to air in 2019.
