Apple TV released a teeny tiny detail about this week’s episode titled La Amara Vita.
“Alex takes a trip to finally find closure,” the synopsis reads.
No other detail was released, so we can’t help but speculate on what’s going to happen in the upcoming installment.

What Happened In The Morning Show Season 2 Episode 6?
In The Morning Show Season 2 Episode 6, Alex went missing and no one knew where she was.
Alex vanished shortly after the Vegas debate, and Bradley (Reese Witherspoon) was forced to take her place.
Chip (Mark Duplass) covered for Alex on multiple occasions, and he also told everyone that Alex will come back. However, even Chip didn’t have any idea where Alex was.
While she was away, Cory (Billy Crudup) wanted someone to replace Alex, and he thought of Laura (Julianna Margulies). This will most likely be an issue for Alex when she comes back. After all, she and Laura are not necessarily best friends.
The Morning Show Season 2 Episode 6 ended with the cast and crew at UBA not knowing anything about Alex’s whereabouts.
However, Mitch’s attacks on the Black women at the workplace were mentioned especially since Vanity Fair will be releasing the highly-anticipated “The Book.”
The fact that Mitch was mentioned in the episode suggests that audiences will finally see him in The Morning Show Season 2 Episode 7.
What Happened To Alex, Mitch In The Morning Show Season 1?
Alex and Mitch were co-hosts at UBA for 15 years. One morning, Alex arrived at her workplace only to find that there were several allegations of sexual harassment thrown at Mitch.
The latter was subsequently fired, and Alex was worried because she didn’t want Mitch to be replaced. Unfortunately, she had no control over the situation and Mitch was eventually replaced by Bradley (Reese Witherspoon).
To make things worse, Alex had the difficult job of announcing Mitch’s indiscretions during her news broadcast. Even though she didn’t immediately believe the allegations, Alex soon learned that they were 100 percent true.
Alex visited Mitch in his home to ask what really happened. And Mitch claimed that everything was consensual between him and the women that complained about him.
However, the two characters’ history didn’t end there. After all, Alex and Mitch were once intimate with each other.
Alex is also linked to a controversial book that will further expose Mitch’s deeds.
So, it will be wonderful to see how Alex and Mitch’s conversation will be like after several months of not seeing each other.
Fans are also curious to know whether Alex will get the closure that she desires.
