It has been a long wait but we finally have a glimpse at The Mandalorian Season 2. The first images of Din Djarin, Baby Yoda, Cara Dune, Greef Carga, and Moff Gideon have just been released and we're also learning new things about the Star Wars series. For instance, Gina Carano has just hinted at a bigger battle for her character in the second season of the Disney+ show.

Carano spoke to Entertainment Weekly when the outlet revealed the images from The Mandalorian Season 2. Not surprisingly, the Deadpool star was eager to hype up the new episodes of the series.

"The first season was just the beginning of a huge story, they take the gloves off even more in season 2," Carano said.

This isn't exactly a huge surprise considering that the first season concluded with the confirmation that Gideon is still very much alive and even more eager to get his hands on The Child. In addition to that, it was revealed that the villain is in possession of the Darksaber which only means that big things are coming in Season 2.

It's no secret that Djarin and Baby Yoda will be off to new adventures around the galaxy but what can we expect for Cara? If the images from The Mandalorian Season 2 could offer a clue, we should expect her to be reunited with Djarin and Greef soon.

The Mandalorian Season 2 is set to premiere on Disney+ on October 31.
