It's been three nearly years since The Mandalorian made that epic tease about Grand Admiral Thrawn's arrival to Star Wars' live-action universe and we're still being kept in the dark regarding the iconic baddie's role in the MandoVerse. If the rumors are to be believed, Thrawn is said to be making his debut in Rosario Dawson's Ahsoka series but many are convinced that he'll show up in The Mandalorian Season 3.

Now, MandoVerse mainstay Katee Sackhoff who was also heavily involved in the animated universe is sharing her thoughts on the character's potential involvement in Season 3 and unsurprisingly, she's playing coy about it.

Making a panel appearance at Emerald City Comic-Con (via The Direct), the Bo-Katan Kryze actor was asked about the possibility of the Star Wars Rebels villain wreaking havoc in The Mandalorian's ongoing season and her answer might raise a few eyebrows. Offering a vague response to a potential Thrawn tease follow-up, Sackhoff said: "I mean, that's a really good question... Thank you."

When the panel host followed it up by asking what transpires in the third season, Sackhoff hilariously said that it will revolve around Bo-Katan and her "emo phase". She said: "Bo is in her emo phase!"

It's worth mentioning that Chapter 17 seemingly set up Ezra Bridger's arrival to the show after Grogu saw what looks to be a group of Purrgils while he and Din Djarin were traversing hyperspace. Obviously, the idea of Thrawn also popping up in The Mandalorian doesn't sound too farfetched either given how Season 2 already hinted at his eventual appearance.

The Mandalorian Season 3's second episode will begin streaming tomorrow on Disney+.
