The Mandalorian Season 2 Reveals First Images of the Highly-Anticipated Star Wars Show

Now that we know when The Mandalorian Season 2 will be showing, Disney and LucasFilm have decided to share the first few photos for the new season. Fans hoping to see the likes of Ahsoka Tano are going to be disappointed but we do get to see Cara Dune, Greef Karga, lead character Din Djarin, and the star of this show, Baby Yoda. No, I will not call him "The Child" Disney, get over it.

Photos from Entertainment Weekly and photographer Francois Duhamel can be seen below, and they are pretty darn nice-looking. We don't see any mind-blowing photos of Mando doing some really cool fight scenes with a Jedi but it's good to know that this show will continue to be a good-looking show. Jon Favreau also chimed in on how he pitched ideas to Dave Filoni and discussed their interesting relationship.

The photos do not confirm any of these long-running rumors, at least not yet, so we're all looking forward to being surprised if this is the case. Disney and Star Wars do love their big surprises so we hope that they have a cool trailer for us planned. We know that Rosario Dawson is going to be in this show for sure so if she isn't going to be Ahsoka, that's going to be disappointing.

Fans will be able to enjoy The Mandalorian Season 2 on Disney+ next month, on October 30. Expect more of the same Western influence for this Star Wars show since they don't seem to be adding too much fanservice yet, as of this writing.
