The Mandalorian Season 2 Gets Slick New Character Posters

The Mandalorian is set to come back by the end of the month, and while Disney had been quiet before, we're now getting a steady stream of promotion building up to the series premiere. Just in, we have some new character posters for the Mando, Baby Yoda, Cara Dune, and Greef Karga.

Check them out:

While the Mando does look to be sporting the same armor from the end of the first season, I have a feeling it's going to be upgraded again in Season 2. After all, he still has some parts that aren't coated in Beskar. Also, it's not really Star Wars if we can't get any new action figures from the property.

Besides Mando, Cara and Baby Yoda look the same. It's Greef Karga who has a new outfit compared to his bounty dealer in the first season. Some suspect that Karga is once again appointed as a government official of Nevarro, but with the photos of him running around with Mando and Cara, I'm suspecting that it could just be another fancy outfit.

While the first season of the show was considered to be more episodic, it's said that the second season is going to be more serialized this time around. We don't know really where the story could go, but I expect we're going to be continuing the thread of Mando keeping Baby Yoda away from Moff Gideon and finding the child a home. We don't know where that could be, but some are hoping we could see the return of Yaddle, who died in Legends, but whose fate is up in the air in the new Disney canon.

The Mandalorian Season 2 premieres on Oct. 30.
