The Mandalorian Actor Teases Cara Dune and Greef Karga's Bigger Role in Season 2

Fans probably don't have a lot to complain about in the first episode of The Mandalorian Season 2. However, some have already pointed out that Baby Yoda's lack of screentime, as well as the absence of Cara Dune and Greef Karga, have left them wanting more. Luckily, Carl Weathers confirms that all these characters have bigger roles to play in the second season of the Star Wars series.

Weathers was recently a guest on Breakfast Television Toronto where he spoke about The Mandalorian Season 2. Although the veteran actor didn't spill too much, he did hype up the new season.

"There's so much more going on [with] some wonderful guest stars who have come in and become a part of episodes. The episodes are just larger and larger in terms of scope, the story is just as interesting — if not more so," Weathers said.

But what about Baby Yoda, Cara, and Greef? Weathers teased some interesting details about the fan-favorite characters.

"The baby is back and bigger than ever in terms of presence, not size. We all love the baby," he said. "Cara Dune is back, big time, doing the stuff she does with both action and pathos. And then, of course, you have yours truly, Green Karga, who is back and having fun doing what he does — being duplicitous."

It's great to know that we'll be seeing so much more of these characters. Needless to say, we can't wait to see the rest of The Mandalorian Season 2.

The next episode of The Mandalorian Season 2 will air on Disney+ on November 6.
