The Killer's Shopping List will finally tell the story of Lee Kwang Soo's character, Ahn Dae Sung.
The Killer’s Shopping List is an upcoming comedy thriller series based on the novel of the same name by Kang Ji Young. It tells the story of a murder case on the outskirts of Seoul. A supermarket receipt becomes the evidence as the cast members start a hilarious hunt for the suspect.
Lee Kwang Soo plays Ahn Dae Sung’s role, a part-time worker at MS Mart who has an excellent memory. His girlfriend, Seolhyun’s Do Ah Hee, works as a police officer. The two characters then join forces to solve the mysterious murder case.

The initial synopsis describes Ahn Dae Sung as a silly but lovable man who once faced a mysterious incident at their supermarket when he was 10 years old, which changed his life for good. After the event, he continues to live his life and is currently in his third year of study to become a public servant. However, he fails the civil service exam and ends up working at his mother’s supermarket.
Recently, new stills from the drama highlights Ahn Dae Sung’s personal efforts to solve the mysterious case.
