The DC Universe will be shaken to its very core this year with rumors suggesting James Gunn and Peter Safran are planning to do a massive reboot to the franchise while keeping some of its elements that clicked with fans. As per reports, several DCU actors are getting the boot from the new regime with only Jason Momoa and the actors from The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker set to remain.

As for actors like Ezra Miller, it's no secret to a lot of people that long before the new DCU management came into play, there have been persistent rumors suggesting that his time as The Flash is coming to an end due to his personal controversies that pretty much rocked the first half of 2022.

While there have been reports about WB Discovery and Miller patching things up prior to the actor seeking professional help, the general belief within the fandom is that the 30-year-old actor will still get recast as the Scarlet Speedster.

Judging by the most recent developments at DC Studios, that seems to be the case and fans are more than ready to embrace a new DCU that doesn't involve Miller. Now, which actor should end up getting the mantle of the Fastest Man Alive? Digital artist @spdrmnkyxxiii believes that former Marvel star Lucas Till should be the one to get the coveted role and as it turns out, a lot of fans are on board with the idea.

On Instagram, the artist released an astonishing piece depicting the 32-year-old actor as Barry Allen and I gotta say, it totally works! Check it out here:

Till's brief involvement in Fox's X-Men franchise left nothing to be desired and I've always felt like he was better suited for a different superhero role. Hopefully, Gunn and Safran would look into the exciting prospect.

Meanwhile, The Flash is scheduled for release on June 23, 2023.
