Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes might not be BFFs but at least Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan are getting along just fine. Mackie has just teased Stan for still being at work while he is on holiday enjoying the premiere of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Mackie shared a photo on his official Instagram account to celebrate the premiere of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. However, his caption poked fun at Stan. Check it out below.
"Today's the day... @imsebastianstan sorry your still stuck in winter land," Mackie wrote.
Although it might be a poke at Stan's Winter Soldier character, it could also be a nod to Mackie's Avengers: Endgame co-star working on a new project. Stan was previously confirmed to join the cast of Fresh, which started production in January. With that in mind, Stan might be stuck in a chilly location.
Although Stan is currently hard at work, he has been hyping upThe Falcon and The Winter Soldier on social media as well. Needless to say, he and Mackie are undoubtedly thrilled that the series has finally been released after numerous delays.
The first episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier immediately confirmed that Sam and Bucky haven't been keeping in touch since the events in Endgame. Although Sam has been trying to contact Bucky, the latter has also been ignoring his calls and messages. Nevertheless, we're expecting them to team up in Episode 2.
The premiere episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is titled New World Order. It is now available for streaming on Disney+.
