The production for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier at Prague was delayed over Coronavirus concerns but the show is still sticking to its release date. That said, Disney released more footage from the show at a recent Shareholders meeting that ought to get the fans hyped.
The footage was revealed in a private event which means it isn't available for everyone to watch yet. However, ComicBook.com was present during the meeting, providing a description of what took place in the clips.
Based on the outlet's description, it seems like Disney released extended footage from what was seen in the Super Bowl spot. It opens with Sebastian Stan's Bucky visiting Daniel Bruhl's Zemo in an "elaborate prison." Zemo tried to activate Bucky's Winter Soldier programming, but failed. Bucky then revealed that he visited him to break the news about someone recreating the Super Soldier program.
The next clip then shows a rally filled with decorations of red, white, and blue, along with cheerleaders too, as briefly seen in the spot. An announcer introduces that new Captain America, showing a clip of a figure, holding the shield backstage.
This is then followed by an "action-packed" montage including a clip of a masked Zemo. In addition, Bucky points out that he and Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson aren't friends and that they are just working together because of a mutual friend, Captain America.
Based on the description, the extended footage dives a little deeper at the plotline set for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and teases more of what's to come in the show. That said, it isn't clear on whether or not Disney will be releasing this clip online and when it'll be available if ever.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is set for release on Disney+ in August.
