Warner Bros. Pictures released our first glimpse at the highly anticipated horror extravaganza The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It and as huge of a bummer it is that the film won't be able to make it to cinemas in time for the spooky season, thanks of course to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the supposed final chapter in The Conjuring universe is still a cannot miss film.

The first official teaser for the film directed by James Wan was unveiled via the mini-documentary titled Faith & Fear: The Conjuring Universe Behind The Scenes which details the history of the successful horror franchise, its forthcoming conclusion, and possibly what's next for the entire series led by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga. In the third film, Wilson and Farmiga's characters Ed and Lorraine Warren are stepping out of the haunted house to take the creeps to court.

The featurette includes several behind-the-scenes footages and an interview with the renowned horror director. Hyping up The Conjuring 3, Wan said that it will be something we haven't experienced before in their universe. "I really wanted The Conjuring 3 to get away from the whole haunted house set-up of the first two Conjuring films." He added: "It should be more on a whole different level, something that we've never explored before in the Conjuring world." Check out the full video here:

Although The Devil Made Me Do It is being billed as the conclusion to the franchise, its success will determine what's next and for all we know, it could still open doors for more stories to be told in the horror film series. It's such a shame though that we weren't able to get it this year.

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It has been pushed back to June 2021.
