The Book of Boba Fett Might Bring Back The Mandalorian Season 2 Character

There is little doubt that The Book of Boba Fett is going to be the former bounty hunter and his new companion. However, that doesn't mean Boba and Fennec Shand are the only characters from The Mandalorian who will appear in the upcoming Star Wars series. Temuera Morrison may have confirmed that a fan-favorite character who is connected to Boba will return in the Disney+ show later this month!

The Book of Boba Fett is expected to answer a lot of questions about what happened to the character after the events in Return of the Jedi. The latest teaser has confirmed that we'll get to see how Boba escaped the Sarlacc pit. But will the show also reveal how he lost his armor? Morrison assured SFX Magazine that we'll get the answers we are looking for.

“There will definitely be a number of answers,” Morrison said. “Some long-winded answers. Some short and sharp answers. Some colourful answers. We’re filling a lot of gaps.”

One of the mysteries from The Mandalorian Season 2 was how Cobb Vanth ended up with Boba's armor. Morrison's response may have confirmed we'll get to learn the truth. In addition to that, there is a possibility that Timothy Olyphant will show up in The Book of Boba Fett.

In The Mandalorian, Mando tracked down a man who wears a Mandalorian armor but discovers that the man himself is not a Mandalorian. When pressed, Cobb Vanth explained to Mando that he got the armor from Jawas. But is it possible that he retrieved it in another way? The truth could be revealed later this month.

The Book of Boba Fett will also star Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand and Jennifer Beals as a mysterious new Twi'lek. The series will begin streaming on Disney+ on December 29, 2021.
