The Book of Boba Fett: Jennifer Beals' Twi'lek Connected to Classic Star Wars Character

We've all been intrigued by the new Twi'lek featured in the Book of Boba Fett trailer. Fans have been wondering about Jennifer Beals' mysterious new character and the role she will play in the Disney+ series. Luckily, we finally learned more about the enchanting Twi'lek in the premiere episode and she's actually connected to a classic Star Wars character! SPOILERS AHEAD, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

In The Book of Boba Fett Episode 1, Boba and Fennec Shand made their way to a cantina called The Sanctuary which is run by Garsa Fwip, who is played by Jennifer Beals. Boba doesn't waste time in getting down to business by introducing himself as Bib Fortuna's replacement and assuring Garsa that he will keep the establishment safe. Garsa thanks him and calls for their helmet to be returned with a little surprise inside.

While Star Wars fans were loving Beals' character, they were also distracted by a familiar face playing a catchy riff. The Max Rebo Band is back and Max Rebo himself is still leading them.

It's a welcome treat for Star Wars fans who had high hopes for The Book of Boba Fett. We're also glad to know that Max Rebo appears to be thriving albeit in a different part of Tatooine (The Sanctuary is in Mos Espa).

But will we see more of Max in the next episodes of The Book of Boba Fett? It is believed that Garsa will play a significant role in the series. With that in mind, there's a good chance the Max Rebo Band will be playing our favorite tune in more episodes soon.

The Book of Boba Fett Episode 1 also answered an important question about the character following the events in Return of the Jedi. We finally found out how Boba got out of the Sarlacc pit and even learned how the Jawas got his armor.

The first episode of The Book of Boba Fett is now streaming on Disney+.
