The Book of Boba Fett Episode 1 Answers How Boba Survived the Fall into the Sarlacc
In The Book of Boba Fett, Chapter I: Stranger in a Strange Land, since 1983, it remained a mystery on what happened to Boba Fett after Sarlaac and how he really survived the monster in Return of the Jedi. Boba Fett tried to wriggle his way to a stormtrooper inside the belly of the Sarlaac and the suit of the stormtrooper has inside of it an oxygen supply which Fett used to breathe.
Fett used his brute force and the remainder of his strength to punch the stomach of the monster and he used a flamethrower to get out of the Sarlaac’s belly and he dug himself out of it. He survived because of his armor made of Durasteel and Beskar. He climbed his way up to the sands of Tatooine and he got out just before he collapses.
After he escaped, the Jawas took his armor and weapons. He was weak and almost near-death but the Tusken Raiders arrived to capture him. He couldn’t defend himself so he just gave in. They, kind-of, saved him, too, considering his condition. However, he was forced to dig and look for water together with another prisoner, a Roidan, who planned an escape with him.
He gets reunited with his armor, of course, five years after the escape from the Sarlaac. However, the trauma of what he had been through remained with him and continued to haunt him even after all the years of his survival.
