Superman & Lois Season 2 Goes on a Short Hiatus

Just as Superman and Lois Season 2 starts to take off, many were disappointed to know that the show would be going for a short hiatus this February and Episode 5 would not air until the end of the month due to the upcoming Winter Olympics in Beijing and the series would put on hold to give way to the airing of the games.

The CW will not be airing Episode 5 of Superman and Lois including all other shows under the Arrowverse such as DC’s Legends of Tomorrow to give way to the Winter Olympics happening in Beijing. The coverage of the games would be up on NBC and as a rival network, The CW and others would not want to compete with that, thus putting the shows on hold.

It would just be a short hiatus though. Superman and Lois’ new episode titled I’m On The Same Side, Episode 5 would be airing on February 22 instead and the promo released confirms its hiatus. It would be back up once the Olympics come to an end.

Recently, Superman and Lois Season 2 finally introduced the Thing in The Mines as the inverted version of the Man of Steel, Bizarro Superman, who has a reverse Superman logo on his chest. Clark Kent remains in a tangle with his responsibilities as a superhero and a father to his family because really, it’s a tough call to make that anyone could definitely relate to.
