Dungeons and Dragons continues to dominate the world thanks to streaming, tournaments, and a decent amount of celebrity endorsement. One show that has done a good job at introducing the RPG to younger viewers and Netflix faithful is Stranger Things, due to that memorable first season. While the series is about to age its cast due to real-life aging, fans will be happy to know that a new DnD set based on Mike Wheeler's adventure from season one.
This starter set is being advertised for both beginners who haven't gotten into DnD and veterans that want a new adventure or two. Fans can pre-order a set from Amazon and Entertainment Earth for $24.99 and will be released on May 1. Should be great for those that want to kill time after Free Comic Book Day.
