Stranger Things Star Natalia Dyer Says Season 3 Is 'Bigger, Darker And Scarier'

Natalia Dyer might be promoting a different Netflix project right now but it looks like people can't stop asking the Velvet Buzzsaw actress about Stranger Things Season 3. Interestingly, Dyer says that the upcoming season will be "bigger, darker, and scarier."

Dyer and Velvet Buzzsaw co-star Billy Magnusson recently spoke to MTV and the actress offered some interesting details about her Netflix series. Watch the video below.

"It does feel bigger, just filming it. Obviously, I haven't seen any of it, but it does feel bigger, darker, scarier. It felt like they noticeably bumped it up to a different level this season. So I'm excited to see it, too," Dyer said of Stranger Things Season 3.

She also expressed her admiration for the Duffer Brothers, who are still in charge of the third season. "I don't know how they do it, the brothers, but yeah, I'm excited," Dyer admitted.

The third season of Stranger Things is already set to take place in the summer of 1985 and it looks like the characters will be dealing with new threats ahead of the Fourth of July. Hawkins is also expected to open a new mall where the action could take place. Needless to say, we are truly excited for Season 3.

The series will bring back Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, and Joe Keery. Maya Hawke will be introduced as Robin, an "alternative girl" who also discovers the secrets of Hawkins in the third season.

Stranger Things Season 3 will air on Netflix on July 4.
