Stranger Things 3 Gets a Cryptic Teaser

We may have missed out on it last year, but Stranger Things is coming back with a third season this July. We don't have an official trailer yet, but the official account on Twitter has dropped this creepy teaser with an ominous caption:

We don't really know what this entails yet, but I'm guessing we're going to be seeing more of Eleven's ‘siblings' in the show. We already met one of them last time, so it would be cool to meet the rest—maybe even confirm that each of them has different powers.

Admittedly Stranger Things has grown to be one of the most popular shows on Netflix, and it's given this new rise of 80s nostalgia. Besides Stranger Things, we did get the reboot of IT which was also set in the 80s. Interestingly enough, Finn Wolfhard stars in both,

With Stranger Things usually taking place during a Halloween setting, it looks like this third season will bring Mike and the gang into summer. We know that the Starcourt Mall will have a relevant part to play in the show, plus we're going to be seeing more of fan-favorite Steve plus some new characters.

It's also been confirmed that the show will be giving Will Byers a much deserved ‘break' this time around. After the first two seasons handled Will getting the short end of the stick mostly, it would be nice to just see him be part of the gang with no problems at all.

Catch Stranger Things 3 when it hits Netflix July 4.
