Stranger Things Season 3 may have been all about the Hawkins gang finally defeating the Mind Flayer but the kids also got some help from newcomer Robin, who is played by Maya Hawke. The young actress certainly proved that she's an awesome addition to the ensemble cast and no one is prouder than her dad Ethan Hawke.
Hawke (the father, not the daughter) recently shared the Stranger Things 3 poster depicting Robin on his official Instagram account. As if that's not a perfectly normal dad thing to do, he also provided a sweet caption about his daughter. Check it out below.
"Some of you may have missed her in last year's BBC production of Little Women. Some of you may have missed her work at Juilliard. I know many missed out on numerous high school productions — heck I even missed a few and I'm her father. Some of you may know her music, some may not. But Ladies & Gentleman, get to know MAYA HAWKE. She's the real thing," Hawke wrote, adding the hashtag #StrangerThings.
Aw, now that's a proud dad right there. Needless to say, Maya's performance in Stranger Things 3 will lead to more awesome projects in the future.
But will Robin return in Stranger Things Season 4? There's a huge chance she'll continue to show up considering that she and Steve Harrington are now best friends and about to start working at the local video rental store.
