Once Charles uncovers the 'paradise' Sazz has been talking about in his dreams, they end up in the storage shed in Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 4, only to end up finding a mysterious suspect.

Who Was in the Storage Shed at the End of Only Murders S4E4?
Charles's (played by Steve Martin) dreams about Sazz (Jane Lynch) have bore fruit in Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 4 titled The Stunt Man when he figures out what Sazz meant about finding 'paradise.'
Upon recalling their times together when she was still alive, Charles recalls Sazz's hope of building a trampoline park of her own in an abandoned site.
Once the trio arrives to check out some clues, they discover a surprising figure lurking in the storage shed.
As it turns out, they are not the only ones looking to 'investigate' Sazz's past. They also saw Bev Melon (played by Molly Shannon), one of the Paramount Pictures' producers interested in turning the Only Murders podcast into a movie.
When Oliver (Martin Short) thinks Bev is only there for their movie, she draws her gun at them and tells them not to move, which begs the question, could she have been Sazz's killer?
Fans Are Not Convinced [SPOILERS] is Sazz's Actual Killer
While Only Murders in the Building season 4 has yet to unveil Dev's real reason for being in the storage shed of Sazz's paradise, fans are not completely convinced she was involved in their friend's death.
As some fans surmised, Bev might have simply been trying to "find something to make the movie juicier" as showbiz people tend to do on the show.
The other possibility is that Bev may be an undercover detective working on the case that involves Charles, Oliver, and Mabel's film.

For now, fans would have to wait until Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 5 titled Adaptation premieres on Hulu on September 24.
