What was the radio song Mabel sang in Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 3? Before the third episode ends, the trio ends up singing a song that somehow leads them to their next clue.

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains major spoilers forĀ Only Murders in the Building, so proceed with caution.

Mabel's Radio Song Leads To Only Murders in the Building's Next Clue

Charles, Oliver, and Mabel are closing in on the potential killer behind Sazz's death in Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 3 titled Two For the Road.

Apart from uncovering the Dudenoff apartment 14F in the West Tower building, Mabel may be onto something when she decides to rent the place, too, alongside the room's other tenants, in hopes of discovering who the killer is.

Charles and Oliver were clearly against the idea, but couldn't do anything about it since Mabel had made up her mind. Besides, she needed a place to stay, anyway.

Now, before the episode ends, Mabel starts singing the lyrics to Perfect Strangers' theme song. Perhaps initially taken as a way to lighten things up, considering they still have investigating to do.

But something clicks in Oliver when he realizes where Mabel heard the song: Rudy's (Kumail Nanjiani) ham radio.

Oliver brings up the fact that Howard was "clocking the same song on the radio" and a person who went on the line said on the broadcast, "Meet me at 445."

While "445" could mean anything, the time or a block street name, Oliver figures it could be a frequency, especially since the radio seems to be a recurring clue throughout the episode.

Only Murders in the Building Trio Should Clock In Whose Voice They Heard on the Radio

A German-sounding lady answers when the trio dials 445 on the ham radio. However, instead of giving them clues as to who she might be and who else is on their 'team', the woman on the ham radio gives a warning.

The mystery lady tells the trio that "they shouldn't be on this line", considering that the last person "who came around asking their questions got killed." In this case, this might have been related to why Sazz was murdered.

Whichever might be the truth, staying on the 445 frequency may be the trio's last hope of tracking down the culprit before the fourth season ends.
