Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Junior Novel Has Surprisingly Poetic Summary of The Skywalker Saga

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is a Disney product so it was natural that the film would get a junior novel that summarizes its story for younger viewers who want to read something. These are usually simplified for children, hence the name junior novel, but it's rare to see some great writing in these things. While The Rise of Skywalker will go down in history as one of the most divisive films in the franchise, its junior novel manages to summarize the whole Skywalker Saga in a poetic manner.

Fans were so impressed that they decided to share those few pages on Reddit and Imgur, which has attracted a lot of attention. Star Wars Fans actually think that this poetic recap is pretty good and they probably like it more than the movie, which is a bit mean but so are most people who like this franchise. We doubt that this is a damage control move since Disney probably doesn't put that much thought into their junior novels. Then again, this is a company that is ridiculously paranoid about spoilers so, for all we know, the junior novel was watched by a lot of writers to make sure that the author doesn't miss a detail. You never really know with Disney these days.

If you're curious, you can pick up the junior novel of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker now. The movie is also available for digital download if you want to finish the Skywalker Saga.
