We all know that Baby Yoda is one of the good guys in The Mandalorian, right? But what if he turns out to be connected to the Dark Side? A new Star Wars fan video imagines a darker side of the Child as he executes Order 66.
The video was created by YouTuber MaxeBaumannFilms2013 and features a lot of footage from The Mandalorian as well as the Star Wars prequel trilogy film Revenge of the Sith. Check it out below.
It's a hilarious and somehow disturbing video that might actually have some fans wondering about Baby Yoda's story arc in The Mandalorian. Although no one has ever thought that the Child would turn to the Dark Side, it's still a possibility considering that Moff Gideon is hellbent on taking Baby Yoda from Din Djarin. Hopefully, we won't have to see anything bad happening to the Child in The Mandalorian Season 2.
For now, the storyline of the second season is still a mystery but we may have been given some clues on what to expect in 2020. In Chapter 8: Redemption, the Armorer declared that Djarin should find Baby Yoda's people and return the Child to them. This could mean that the duo will be spending a lot of time in Season 2 looking for Baby Yoda's home planet so we'll be seeing completely new worlds really soon.
The Mandalorian Season 2 has not yet been given an official release date. However, the series is expected to return on Disney+ by Fall 2020.
